The fingerprint reader is connected and does respond, but the ControlPoint software throws an error if I try to enroll my fingerprint the error doesn’t show up if I don’t touch the sensor. TheQuickFox Nov 10, The problem before is that the Broadcom USH effectively hides the fingerprint reader from the system, thus severely restricting it’s functionality unless the supplied software is used, which itself is pathetic.
